Comfortable stay with some quirks

I enjoyed a restful night after a long drive in a spacious room. The bed provided great comfort, although I heard the elevator occasionally. Breakfast was a treat, with a friendly staff member making the morning brighter. However, the area felt a bit isolated—bring snacks!

The staff provided excellent service, ensuring a smooth check-in process for my family, even when we arrived at different times. Our room was very clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable for a hotel stay.

However, I did notice that the common areas seemed a bit neglected.

The walls felt thinner than I'd hoped. I could hear the guests above me moving around, making sleep difficult at times. In the handicap room, while the bathroom was spacious, it lacked enough grab bars, and the shower curtain's height led to water issues on the floor. Housekeeping also seemed sparse. I had to wait longer than usual for towel replacements and trash disposal.
